We reserve the right to refuse service, programs, and activity participation to anyone for any reason, regarding personal or public safety, or whether it regards safety or for any other reasons. If we believe it may not be safe to rent or that other tenants could be affected negatively, we may refuse a rental. We do allow friendly animals — small and medium cats and dogs — which can be controlled and not disturb other residents. The park is normally quiet and follows Utah's state ordinance code, and the National Park Service and BLM ordinances.
